Exponential Training & Assessment is a UK company specialising in the delivery of leadership and management, coaching and mentoring and consulting qualifications programmes at levels 3, 5 and 7. Established in 1999, the Company has evolved and developed as technology and markets have changed. For the past seven years, Exponential Training has delivered most of its vocational training programmes using digital learning technology. This has enabled the organisation to deliver its programmes throughout the world including clients such as the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and the United Nations Human Rights Council. The Company has its own 360-degree skill assessment tool – TeamMate360 – designed specifically to assess and develop managers who manage remote teams. For the past three years, Exponential Training has also used LEAP – its own e-portfolio system. Both LEAP and TeamMate 360 are the outcomes of revious Erasmus+ priojects.
